Many people within the entertainment industry have expressed their interest in a GARGOYLE BOB graphic novel. To meet this demand, Ted Boonthanakit plans to create a graphic novel version with Vincent Ho and Stan Shaw.
Ted is currently a Senior Story Artist at Blizzard Entertainment. He has created pre-visualization trailers for Diablo III, Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty & Heart of the Swarm, and World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria.
But prior to drawing stories about Kerrigan and the Zerg, Ted was a leading storyboard artist in Hollywood. He has storyboarded over 30 films, including Spider-Man 2, Fried Green Tomatoes, Cutthroat Island, Ronin, Reindeer Games, Gone in 60 Seconds, The Hangover, Eurotrip, Stomp the Yard, and Up in the Air.
And before all the award-winning video games and blockbuster movies, Ted created cover art and commissioned pieces for the comic book world. He also drew the full run of the cult-favorite comic book series, MICRA. These comics told the story of Angela Griffen, a paralyzed woman that uses her android avatar to fight the government of a post-apocalyptic world.
